Σκοπός του μαθήματος είναι η γνωριμία και η εξοικείωση των φοιτητών με τον μηχανολογικό και ηλεκτρικό εξοπλισμό (σωληνώσεις, αντλίες, συμπιεστές, κυκλώματα, αισθητήρες, μετασχηματιστές, ηλεκτρικές μηχανές) που χρησιμοποιείται στη χημική βιομηχανία, καθώς και με τη διαδικασία επιλογής, την εγκατάσταση και τη λειτουργία του εξοπλισμού αυτού. Περιλαμβάνονται οι ενότητες: Διακίνηση υγρών. Συμπιεστή ροή και διακίνηση αερίων. Ηλεκτρικά συστήματα.

Course Outcome: The aim of this course is the familiarization of the student with the mechanical and electrical equipment (tubes, pumps, compressors, circuits, sensors, transformers and electrical engines) used in the chemical industry, as well as the process of selection, installation and operation of this equipment.
