Basic principles of the propagation of laser radiation in the atmosphere. Atmospheric Optics. Mie, Rayleigh and Raman scattering. LIDAR technique (radiation propagation equation, set-up geometry, signal recording techniques). DIAL technique.LIF technique.. Measurement of pollutants in the atmosphere and the hydrosphere.
