Learning Outcomes : Με την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του μαθήματος ο φοιτητής /-τρια θα:
* Αντιλαμβάνεται τις φάσεις του κύκλου ζωής ενός τεχνικού έργου
* Κατανοεί τη σημασία της ασφάλειας των κατασκευών
* Έχει γνώση και ικανότητα εφαρμογής ιεραρχικών δομών στην οργάνωση ενός τεχνικού έργου
* Μπορεί να αναπτύξει και να αξιολογήσει ένα στοιχειώδη σχεδιασμό του συστήματος διαχείρισης ενός έργου.
* Κατανοεί τη σημασία ηθικών ζητημάτων και των επαγγελματικών κωδίκων στη λήψη αποφάσεων στα τεχνικά έργα.
