Study and solution of the basic problems associated with the design of a building with a public character. Coupling architectural design and architectural technology. Study of the integration of the building into the urban fabric, its vertical development and vertical structure, the organization and character of the interior space, the configuration of the open public space, the general choice of materials and the design of the building’s load-bearing structure. Emphasis on the design of the special areas of the building such as the auditorium, exhibition and library spaces. Construction drawings and details in scales from 1:50 to 1:10.
