In the development of these didactic models, a comparative approach between them is also attempted based on their main characteristics, such as the nature of knowledge, etc. The basic axes of the course are the following: a) Learning theories (associative-classical learning theory, associative-operant learning theory, social-cognitive learning theory, Piaget s logical-mathematical learning theory, Bruner s discovery learning theory, Ausubel s meaningful receptive learning, Vygotsky s learning theory), b) Didactic models (Behaviorism, social behaviorism, cognitivism/constructivism, constructivism), c) Curricula. Innovations in Education, d) Use of ICT and Modern Didactics, e) Applied Pedagogy. Laboratory applications and field applications. In addition, students can undertake the writing of an optional assignment concerning an educational topic that falls within their interests, in order to utilize the principles of Pedagogy and General Didactics.
