Learning Outcomes : Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to: • Have understood the basic and critical characteristics of basic probability theory principles, applied statistics, and experimental design. • Evaluate experimental data. • Have knowledge of basic and advanced tools and techniques for processing primary and secondary statistical data. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research. • Analyze and process experimental data. • Evaluate results and formulate reliable conclusions (inference). • Become familiar with digital (online) databases and how to retrieve data from them. • Use basic methodologies of factorial design and experimental design.
