Learning Outcomes : Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to: know all the chemical data related to the covalent chemical bond in organic compounds (single, double, triple, conjugated system, aromatic system and polarized covalent bond), being able to investigate the chemical behavior of the aforementioned systems, i.e., the way these bonds break (fission) under various conditions. • have the ability to investigate and connect the structure of organic molecules with their chemical behavior. • know the applications of the organic compounds studied (e.g., in the production of everyday products, drugs, foods, materials, etc.). • be able to design and carry out synthesis reactions of various organic compounds. • be able to make decisions on issues related to the production process of basic categories of organic compounds. • know how to protect people and the environment from chemical substances belonging to the examined categories of organic compounds.
