Learning Outcomes : Upon successful completion of the course, the student develops skills and is able to: • Have understood the basic legal concepts and the main legal relationships that are created and included in the branches of law: Public Law - Private Law, Civil Law, Property Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law with emphasis on occupational health and safety from work accidents. • Take into account the ethical problems and legal obligations faced by scientists during the construction and operation of technical works. • Analyze legal provisions and use them to solve various problems of design and decision making. • Collaborate with scientific teams dealing with issues of technical legislation.
